Free in the Saturday evening? Why not join us for a nature night walk at Singapore Botanic Gardens. Participants will gather for a nature walk to enjoy the romantic night scenery of Botanic Gardens, and get to meet new friends in Singapore’s very own natural environment. There will be facilitation for participants to know each other in this event.
Attractions include: The Bandstand where regimental bands used to play there in 1860s, Swan Lake, Ginger Garden, Evolution Garden, Waterfall etc. You can also bring your camera to take pictures of the scenery and attractions.
For those not in a hurry to go back, we will proceed for supper/coffee/tea/drinks (going dutch) after the nature walk at Orchard Area.

It's Christmas Eve, there is no reason to stay at home this festive season! Come and join us for a casual outing and meet new friends at the latest premier shopping mall in Singapore.
Westgate is Singapore’s largest regional centre with a resident catchment population of 1 million. This family and lifestyle mall is the premier destination in Singapore's West. We will gather for a mini ice breaking session to know each other. Then we will proceed for dinner to avoid the evening crowd. After dinner, we will shop and walk around in Westgate to experience the "Orchard Road" in the west. Participants can interact and mingle during this shopping experience. Finally, take a break and gather for chat over coffee/tea/drinks !

I will conduct a briefing and introduction for new volunteers or volunteers new to elderly on actual day. For those who want to find out more on volunteering, you are strongly encouraged to join. If you are first time and not comfortable, you can be observer. Do not be worried about being pressured to perform. Taking the first step is already very encouraging. Just bring on your smile to them!
You are encouraged to bring along a gift for X’mas gift exchange between volunteers on the event day. Recommended value is $10.00 - $15.00. The theme for the gift is Food. So please buy gift that are edible – chocolate, cookies, etc. Gift exchange is not compulsory. You can choose not to participate if you strongly feel so but still can join the volunteer dinner.
We will proceed for volunteer gathering dinner in Central Area after the event. Chartered bus will be available. Though this is a volunteer event, I hope all of you can get to know more new friends through this activity as it is still a social event. If you are unable to join for the dinner, please inform me earlier before the actual event.

3) This event is for singles and main focus is volunteering first and meeting/knowing new friends later part of the programme. No 'dating' is allowed during the volunteer session.
4) Singles Dating 2U reserve the rights to accept and reject any applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
5) Volunteers are required to observe the Code of Conduct and sign the Indemnity & Code of Conduct form on actual day.
