Fee: $30.00 (for sponsor of tea-break, dinner, games, prizes etc. for 260 patients. Includes $10 enrollment fee for dinner gathering event. Non-refundable. For those who indicate not going for dinner before the event, $10 enrollment fee will be donated)

6.  Volunteers gathering / social event dinner – 5:00 p.m. onwards. Chartered coach will bring us to town area for dinner.

For New Volunteers and those who wish to explore but afraid to do so:

I will conduct a briefing and introduction for new volunteers or volunteers new to elderly on actual day.

For those who want to find out more on volunteering, you are strongly encouraged to join. If you are first time and not comfortable, you can be observer.

Do not be worried about being pressured to perform. Taking the first step is already very encouraging. Just bring on your smile to them!

Though this is a volunteer event, I hope all of you can get to know more new friends through this activity as it is still a social event. There will be a gathering dinner for volunteers after the event. If you are unable to join for the dinner, please inform me earlier before the actual event.

Gelato, Coffee, Tea and We ! – 17 May (Saturday) – 5:00 p.m.

Free in the afternoon ? Let's chill out and enjoy the Best Italian Gelato in Singapore in a NEW nice cosy cafe with nice soft music @ Alfero Gelato, while meeting new friends !

Well, if Gelato is not something for you, then why not have a good cup of good coffee or tea with company of new friends. Facilitation will be provided for all participants to know everyone.

This will be our PRIVATE event as we have booked the whole cafe for our participants.

Fee: $20 (includes a cup of Gelato with any 2 flavours and any drink of your choice)

How to Get There: Somerset MRT. After you come out from the ticket machine, turn left. Walk till you see an Exit D to Orchard Gateway. Once you are in Orchard Gateway, take the escalator 1 level down to B2. You will see Alfero Gelato Cafe.

We will proceed for after event dinner for those who are not in a hurry to go back.

Night Romance with Nature at Singapore Botanic Gardens * with Ice Breaking Game - 26th April, Saturday 7:00 p.m.

Free in the Saturday evening? Why not join us for a nature night walk at Singapore Botanic Gardens. Participants will gather for a nature walk to enjoy the romantic night scenery of Botanic Gardens, and get to meet new friends in Singapore’s very own natural environment. There will be facilitation for participants to know each other in this event.

Attractions include: The Bandstand where regimental bands used to play there in 1860s, Swan Lake, Ginger Garden, Evolution Garden, Waterfall etc. You can also bring your camera to take pictures of the scenery and attractions.

For those not in a hurry to go back, we will proceed for supper/coffee/tea/drinks (going dutch) after the nature walk at Orchard Area.

Drinks Date - Who Stays Near me ? @ Dorsett Hotel - Molly Roffey's Irish Pub – 22nd Mar (Saturday) 7:00 p.m.

Wonder who stays near you? It is proven in some studies that proximity or distance between people is believed to have some impact on dates and frequency of meet ups. In this event, participants will get to know many new friends that stays near them as well as other parts of Singapore.

Dorsett Singapore boasts of modern architecture and design; and is cladded with a full glass building façade to present a refreshing landmark that seeks to harmonise with the heritage backdrop of Chinatown precinct. Located conveniently in Chinatown area where many nice food and cafe venues are available.

Participants will be able to know friends of that stay near them as well as other parts of Singapore. So that you can catch up more conveniently during follow up dates.

Facilitation will be conducted by Leon, an experienced dating coach, for this event to allow participants to know everyone.
